The report notes that revenue has risen in each of the last four quarters. It gives return on equity for FY26 as 27.20%. It does not say whether the figures are consolidated or standalone.

What the report leaves out

The page gives no management commentary, no deal wins and no headcount. It also carries no share price move.

Key numbers

  • Revenue: ₹4,494.17 cr (+25.51% YoY)
  • Net profit: ₹482.89 cr (+2.42% YoY)
  • Net profit margin: 10.7% (From 13.2%)
  • FY26 return on equity: 27.20% (As reported)

What boards and CFOs should note

Three points stand out for finance teams. First, revenue growth of 25.51% was about ten times profit growth of 2.42%, which is why the margin fell by 2.5 percentage points. Second, profit was flat against the June quarter. Third, because the source does not state whether the figures are consolidated or standalone, the exchange filing is the document to check.
