Apple India's revenue crossed ₹1 trillion in FY26, the year ended March 2026, according to a Press Trust of India report carried by Business Standard on 23 October 2026. Revenue was ₹1,04,607 crore, up more than 32% from ₹79,060.5 crore in FY25. The figures come from a document shared by the market intelligence firm Tofler. The report does not say whether it is a regulatory filing, and Spectate Media has not seen it.

Profit and expenses

Net profit was ₹5,311 crore, up 66% from the previous year, and total expenses were ₹96,224 crore. The report does not give the FY25 profit figure, so the base for the 66% growth cannot be checked from the article. By Spectate Media's arithmetic, a 66% rise implies a base of about ₹3,200 crore. Revenue less total expenses comes to about ₹8,400 crore, which is higher than the reported net profit, and the report does not explain the gap.

About the company

The report describes Apple India Private Limited as the company that provides and markets Apple brand products and software. It does not break out sales by product, and it gives no figures on exports, manufacturing volumes, retail stores or market share. It carries no comment from the company or from analysts.

Key numbers

  • FY26 revenue: ₹1,04,607 crore (Up over 32% from ₹79,060.5 crore)
  • FY26 net profit: ₹5,311 crore (Up 66%)
  • Total expenses: ₹96,224 crore (FY26)
  • Source: Tofler (Not stated if from a filing)

What boards and CFOs should note

Three points stand out. First, revenue grew by about ₹25,500 crore in one year, based on the two figures reported. Second, profit grew faster than revenue, but the missing base year and the unexplained gap between revenue less expenses and profit call for care before drawing conclusions. Third, a milestone such as ₹1 trillion is a company-level figure and says nothing on its own about the wider electronics market.
