Simplismart has raised $14 million in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax. The Bengaluru-founded company said it will invest in its AI inference engine, orchestration platform and cloud partnerships while expanding in North America.

Simplismart builds software that helps application companies deploy and run artificial-intelligence models within their cost, performance and infrastructure requirements. It also enables cloud providers to offer managed AI services using their own graphics-processing-unit capacity.

The round targets production AI infrastructure

The company's product sits between AI applications and the computing infrastructure that runs them. Its platform is designed to fine-tune, deploy, monitor and optimise models across different infrastructure environments.

That focus addresses a commercial problem for AI developers: model performance alone does not determine whether an application can operate economically at scale. Inference cost, latency, hardware utilisation and control over deployment can affect margins and customer experience.

Revenue run rate increased sharply

Simplismart said its annualised revenue run rate grew 14 times over the previous six months. It named HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema among customers running production workloads across video, voice, multimodal and enterprise AI.

The company did not disclose the starting or ending revenue values behind the multiple. The statement therefore indicates the pace of growth, but not the current revenue base or profitability.

Product and cloud partnerships will receive capital

Management said the funding will support deeper development of the inference engine and orchestration platform. It also plans to expand partnerships that allow cloud providers to turn GPU capacity into managed services under their own brands.

North America is a stated priority. The announcement did not disclose the company's valuation, ownership dilution, cash runway or a detailed hiring plan.

Strategic investors add distribution links

NVIDIA's participation connects the company with a major supplier of AI accelerators, while the returning and new financial investors provide capital for expansion. Dallas Venture Capital separately said it invested $5 million as lead investor.

The commercial test will be whether Simplismart can convert faster and cheaper inference into durable customer contracts while competing with cloud platforms and specialised inference providers.

Key numbers

  • Series B size: $14 million
  • Dallas Venture Capital investment: $5 million
  • Annualised revenue run-rate growth: 14 times in six months
  • Named investors: five
  • Priority expansion market: North America

What boards and CFOs should note

  • What measurable savings does the platform deliver across different GPU and cloud environments?
  • How much recurring revenue is tied to production workloads rather than trials?
  • How will the company balance global expansion with continued product investment?
